CF-416 adalah duplekser Comet untuk mentransmisikan / menerima baik 144 dan 430 MHz rentang dalam waktu yang sama. Filter kelas hi Gabungan bekerja untuk mencegah TVI. Isolasi antara dua konektor (PL / PL) adalah lebih baik dari 60dB. Dalam kasus menggunakan CF-416 untuk satu frekuensi, ujung yang lain dapat tetap terbuka, tapi Dummy Load tambahan akan lebih baik.
